To accomplish these hefty goals, the Whole Brain Health Initiative combines behavioral change principles with the neuroscience pertaining to brain optimization. While most brain health organizations only emphasize what is good for the brain, WBHI also hones in on how to actually get people to sustainably adopt these habits. As more focus, energy and money is channeled to helping people sustainably adopt brain healthy habits, we will witness less dementia and more people leading longer and happier lives.
Our programs are currently geared for people over 55 but open to anyone. As our programs continue to expand and influence other organizations, there will be many other services offered for different demographics.
